Cook time: 9 minutes
Ensure avocado is ripe (soft to the touch); if avocado is too firm, ripen faster by placing in a paper bag, 1-2 days; slice 1 ½ packages of avocado
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, season 1 ½ packages of burgers with salt/pep + fave seasonings (we like garlic powder) + cook 3 min per side until crispy
Wash then slice 1 ½ packages of tomatoes in half; thinly slice ¾ of a package of onion
Chop ¾ of a package of lettuce + add to 3 bowls; divide tomatoes, burgers, onions, 1 ½ packages of pickles + avocado to bowls; serve each with 2 tbsp dressing
