Instructions
Cook time: 33 minutes
Preheat oven to 425°; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over high; add burgers to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep + fave spices, then break into small pieces; cook 2-3 min until fully cooked, then set aside
Split 2 bagels into halves then using ½ container of sauce, spread onto each bagel; top with protein, cheese + veggie
Rough chop a handful of spinach + set aside
Divide ingredients between pizzas, then top each with a handful of cheese; bake on a sheet pan for 8-12 min
Garnish pizzas with some chopped kimchis
