Cook time: 16 minutes

Cut 1 package of turkey into evenly-sized pieces; heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium; sear pieces 6-8 min per side until meat browns evenly + no pink remains; let rest 5 min on a cutting board + slice

Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sauté 2 packages of bell pepper onion saute with salt/pep 4-5 min or until soft + starting to brown

Meanwhile, stack 6 tortillas on a plate + wrap with a damp paper towel; microwave 15-30 sec or until warm + soft

Add meat + veggies to tortillas then dollop each with 1 tbsp guacamole
