Cook time: 14 minutes
Preheat oven to 425°; break up ½ the pork into bite-size pieces, discarding banana leaf (save remaining for lunch tomorrow); heat a skillet over med-high; sear pork 3-4 min, turning half-way through until meat is crisped + hot
Divide pork onto 2 naan; scatter 1 package of pickles on top then top each with 2-3 slices of cheese (for extra flavor, smear mustard onto the naan before adding your toppings!)
Bake 5-7 min or until cheese is melted + naan is hot—that looks good!
