Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat dal in a skillet over med-high or microwave in a covered, microwave-safe bowl 2-3 min until warm
Boil a pot with ½ cup water + pinch of salt; place green beans in boiling water, cover + steam until tender, about 3-4 min; drain, season with salt/pep + a drizzle of oil
Tear corner of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); if using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1 tbsp water; divide rice, veggie + dal to bowls—delish@
