Cook time: 13 minutes
Ensure avocado is ripe (soft to the touch); if avocado is too firm, ripen faster by placing in a paper bag, 1-2 days
Wash + dry 1¼ packages of cucumber; thinly slice + add to a large bowl; drain + rinse 2½ packages of beans; add to the cucumbers
Add 1 package of drained pickled red onions + 2½ packages of sliced avocado to the bowl; drizzle on 1¼ tbsp of oil + sprinkle on 2½ packages of za'atar; toss to combine
Pat 2½ packages of fish dry + season with salt/pep/fave spices (we like garlic powder); heat 1¼ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sear fish 3 min, flip + sear another 1-2 min (for well done cook 3 min on second side); divide all between plates—delish!
