Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, add burgers + break up with wooden spoon; cook with salt/pep 4 min until browned; set aside
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook brussels with salt/pep 5-6 min until tender, stirring minimally to ensure browning; set aside
Heat skillet over med-high + warm rice with 2 tbsp water 2 min, stirring occasionally
Add burger crumbles + brussels back to skillet, then stir in 8 tbsp sauce until warm, about 1 minute—mmm, looks tasty
