Cook time: 18 minutes
Preheat oven to 400° + heat 2 tsp oil in skillet over med-high; add meat to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 3-4 min; flip meat over, break into small pieces + cook 1-3 min until fully cooked + no pinkness remains; season generously with salt/pep + taco seasoning
Spread the tortilla chips on sheet pan, top with bison + all the cheese; bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted; divide to a large platter + top with bean salsa
