Cook time: 17 minutes
Microwave 4 potatoes in wrappers on high for 10-12 min, flipping potatoes halfway through cook time (caution, potatoes will be hot!); carefully cut in half, then set aside
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add ¼ cup water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender
Pat 4 tuna steaks dry with paper towel, season generously with salt/pep + fave spices; heat pan over med/high and 1 tbsp oil, sear steaks 2 min per side* (if width is less than 1-inch, reduce by 1 min on one side)
Divide everything between plates + drizzle on 1-2 tbsp sauce per plate—looks good!
*The USDA recommends cooking tuna at a minimum safe temperature of 145°F
