Cook time: 14 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sauté pepper mix with salt/pep 4-5 min or until soft + starting to brown; set aside
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high; add burgers, break into chunks + sear undisturbed 1-2 min; flip meat over, then break into small pieces; sauté 3-4 min more until fully cooked + no pinkness remains; set aside
Stack 4 tortillas on a plate + wrap with a damp paper towel; microwave 15-30 sec or until warm + soft
Add fillings to tortillas, dollop on avocado spread, then fold—enjoy!
