Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat chicken breasts dry + sear 2 min per side until warmed through, then slice + set aside
Warm beans in skillet, 1-2 min
Heat skillet over med-high + add rice with 1 tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm
Add beans, rice + chicken to a bowl; dollop avocado spread + juice from lemon on top
