Instructions
Cook time: 8 minutes
Preheat oven to 425° + place naan on a sheet pan; bake 5-7 min
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over med-high; drain chicken, break into bite-size pieces, add to pan + sauté 3-4 min until hot; set aside
Wash one zucchini, then slice on the diagonal into ¼-inch pieces; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high, add to pan, season with salt/pep + sauté 3-4 min until tender; set aside
Spread 2-4 tbsp hummus onto naan + layer on zucchini + chicken, then slice in half
