Cook time: 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 425 + generously oil a sheet pan

Flatten 1 package of chicken into a ½-inch thick rectangle in the center of the sheet pan; using a spatula or flat ended utensil, separate the meat into about 6 1-inch wide strips, pushing each strip away from the next to create space between each; season with salt/pep + fave spices (we like Garlic & Herb seasoning!)

Bake chicken 8 mins until cooked through + broil on high 2-3 mins until browned + hot

Spread 2-3 tbsp tzatziki onto 2 lavash; add a handful of spinach to each, divide chicken on top + roll up-Nice job, Chef!
