Instructions

Cook time: 28 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°. Add squash to a sheet pan, drizzle with with 1 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly, then spread onto the sheet pan. Roast for 15 minutes, flip squash, and cook for 10-15 minutes more until browned and tender.
