Browned, sweet butternut squash gets a tangy, lemony pop in this crowd- pleasing side dish. Includes our Butternut Squash French Fries and our Lemon Artichoke Quinoa Bowl.

HEAT
1 tsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Butternut Squash French Fries with a pinch of salt/pepper for 3 minutes, then add 1/2 cup water and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender
MIX IN
the contents of 1 container Lemon Artichoke Quinoa Bowl, stir until combined, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
