Caramelized Brussels Artichoke Flatbread - A recipe created using more than one product
THE DETAILS

Our spin on a spinach artichoke pizza: crispy flatbread, tangy artichoke dip, and perfectly caramelized brussels. Includes our Whole Wheat Sprouted Flatbread, Spinach Artichoke Chickpea Dip, and Shaved Brussels.

Preheat
oven to 400°F and place Whole Wheat Sprouted Flatbreads on a baking sheet
Toast
Whole Wheat Sprouted Flatbreads for 5 minutes or until desired crispness is reached
Heat
1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Cook
1 bag Shaved Brussels with a pinch of salt/pepper for 5-7 minutes until brussels are browned and caramelized
Spread
2 tbsp Spinach Artichoke Chickpea Dip onto each flatbread and top with caramelized brussels

Quick Tip: Try topping with chopped fresh herbs like parsley, basil, or cilantro.
