We paired whole grains, sweet fiber-rich butternut squash, and garlicky chicken sausage for the ultimate all-in-one meal. Includes our Spinach Garlic Chicken Sausage, Butternut Squash Noodles, and our Brown Rice Quinoa Blend.

Slice
1 package Spinach Garlic Chicken Sausage into rounds
Heat
1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add sausage rounds and cook (turning rounds over once) for 2 minutes and set aside
Cook
1 bag Butternut Squash Noodles for 3-7 minutes with a pinch of salt/pepper until al dente
Add
sausage and 1 package Brown Rice Quinoa Blend and heat until hot (about 2-3 minutes)

Quick tip: Add a sauce—Hungryroot Garlic Parm or Kale Pesto work nicely—to give this bowl extra creaminess and flavor. Or just add olive oil and a squeeze of lemon!
