THE DISH

A vibrant, flavor-packed dish that’s ready to eat in 5 minutes or less. Includes our Cauliflower Rice and our organic Coconut Curry. 

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Cauliflower Rice (1 bag) for 2 minutes, then add ¼ cup water, cover and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until cauliflower is tender
MIX IN
½ of the Coconut Curry (~4 tbsp), adding additional water as needed, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
