The perfect weeknight dinner. Sautéed Cauliflower Rice mixed with our indulgently creamy Coconut Curry for a satisfying, nutrient packed meal.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
half of the Cauliflower Rice package for 2 minutes, then add 2 tbsp water, cover and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until water has almost evaporated and cauliflower is tender
MIX IN
2-3 tbsp of our Coconut Curry, adding additional water as needed
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste

Simply double the cooking instructions to serve two.
