HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Sweet Potato Mac for 2 minutes with salt/pepper, then add 1 cup water, cover and cook 7-9 minutes until tender
MIX IN
4 tbsp Chickpea Alfredo + 1 Lemon Artichoke Quinoa Bowl, adding water as needed, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
