Crispy Sprouts Brussels Bake - A recipe created using more than one product

A cheesy, hearty baked dish, this is the ultimate comfort food. Includes our Shaved Brussels, our organic Cashew Cheddar and our Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad

PRE-HEAT
oven to 425°F and mix 1 bag Shaved Brussels with 1-2 tbsp olive oil, a generous pinch of salt and pepper, then spread on a baking sheet
BAKE
for 10-12 minutes until browned and crispy, then top with 4 tbsp Cashew Cheddar and bake for 2-4 minutes
FINISH
with 1 container Cucumber Corn Black Bean Salad, and bake again for 1-2 minutes until hot
