THE DISH

This simply indulgent dish is reminiscent of your favorite takeout meal, yet packed with nutrients, healthy fats and protein. Includes our Cauliflower Rice and our Thai Peanut sauce.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Cauliflower Rice (1 bag) for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
MIX IN
½ the Thai Peanut (~4 tbsp), 2 tbsp water, and the Pea Snaps (½ bag), breaking the peas in half before adding, then cook an additional 4-6 minutes until cauliflower is lightly browned
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
