CHOP
tofu from 1 bag Braised Lemongrass Tofu Nuggets into small pieces
HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Cauliflower Rice with a pinch of salt/pepper for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally
MIX IN
chopped tofu and cook 2 minutes or until beginning to brown, then add 4 tbsp Thai Peanut, lower heat to medium and cook 2 minutes until cauliflower is browned
