THE DISH

Curried kale and purple cabbage paired with sweet butternut squash make for a delightful medley of colors and flavors. Includes our Butternut Squash French Fries, our Kalebeet Blend and our organic Coconut Curry

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Butternut Squash French Fries (1 bag) for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally but allowing to sear
MIX IN
the Kalebeet Blend (1 bag), 1/4 cup water and cook 5-7 minutes or until salad is tender, then stir in 4 tbsp Coconut Curry and turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
