Curried kale and purple cabbage paired with sweet butternut squash make for a delightful medley of colors and flavors. Includes our Butternut Squash French Fries, our Kalebeet Blend and our organic Coconut Curry

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
1 bag Butternut Squash French Fries for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally but allowing to sear
MIX IN
1 bag Kalebeet Blend + 1/4 cup water and cook 5-7 minutes until salad is tender, then add 4 tbsp Coconut Curry and finish with salt/pepper to taste
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
