THE DISH

A hearty dinner that's perfect after a long day. Includes our Sweet Potato Mac and our Roasted Corn Edamame Salad.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Sweet Potato Mac (1 bag) for 2 minutes, then add ½ cup water, cover and cook an additional 4 minutes
MIX IN
the Roasted Corn Edamame Salad (1 container) and cook an additional 2-4 minutes until sweet potato is tender and slightly browned, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
