Indulgently creamy noodles, without the cream. Includes our Sweet Potato Ribbons and our organic Chickpea Alfredo.

HEAT
1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
COOK
the Sweet Potato Ribbons (1 bag) for 2 minutes, then add ½ cup water, cover and cook an additional 3-5 minutes until sweet potato is tender
MIX IN
½ of the Chickpea Alfredo (~4 tbsp), adding additional water as needed, then turn off heat
FINISH
with salt/pepper to taste
