Cook time: 8 minutes
Remove meat from chicken, discarding skin + bones; using a fork or your hands, shred chicken into bite-size pieces; add to a microwave-safe bowl, cover + microwave 2-3 min or until warm (don't overcook!)
Warm up bean salad or enjoy cold
Stack 4 tortillas on a plate + wrap with a damp paper towel; microwave 15-30 sec or until warm + soft
Add fillings to tortillas, dollop on avocado spread + fold—looks good!
