These may be called baby Bellas, but there's nothing babyish about their rich mushroom flavor! These bold, versatile mushrooms are sure to add depth and umami to stir-fries, pastas, salads, and more.

Instructions

Cook time: 7 minutes

Wipe mushrooms clean, trim ends, and thinly slice. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over high, add mushrooms, and cook undisturbed for 3 minutes. Sauté for 3-4 minutes more until browned and tender, then season with and salt and pepper.
