Description

These red and yellow creamer potatoes may be small, but their naturally buttery (and as the name suggests) creamy texture looms large. Pop them in the microwave for 5 or in the oven to roast, and you'll have yourself a potato party in no time.

Instructions

Cook time: 23 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°. Add potatoes to a sheet pan, drizzle with 2 tbsp oil, salt, pepper, and favorite spices (we like garlic powder). Toss to coat evenly, then spread onto the sheet pan. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and browned.
