Instructions

Cook time: 4 minutes

Wipe mushrooms with a damp paper towel, remove stems and scoop out gills. Thinly slice mushrooms. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high, add mushooms, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender and browned. Season with salt and pepper.
