Let 2 packages of salmon reach room temperature + break into bite-size pieces
Chop 2 packages of broccoli into 1-inch pieces + heat 2 tbsp oil in a 12-inch skillet or large pot over med-high; cook broccoli with salt/pep 4-5 min, then add ¾ cup water, cover, reduce heat + steam 4-5 more min; set aside
Meanwwhie, bring 2 containers of chickpea duo to desired temp
Add 2 packs of rice to a microwave-safe bowl, breaking up any clumps; add 2 tbsp water, cover + microwave 2-3 min or until hot; assemble ingredients on plates + it's time to eat!
