Instructions
Cook time: 9 minutes
Add 2 packs of rice to a microwave-safe bowl, breaking up any clumps; add 2 tbsp water, cover + microwave 2-3 min or until hot; add to bowls
Divide 2 containers of chickpea salad between bowls
Slice 5 cucumbers and divide between bowls
Drizzle 1-2 tbsp dressing onto each bowl + enjoy!
