Instructions
Cook time: 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°; wash + dry peppers, then slice in half lengthwise, discarding seeds; add peppers to a large bowl, toss with 2 tbsp oil + salt/pep
Spoon 2 tbsp sauce into each half, sprinkle with 2 tbsp cheese + season with salt/pep; add to sheet pan cut side up + bake 20-25 min until peppers are soft + cheese is bubbling
