Cook time: 13 minutes
Roughly chop 1 onion into bite-size pieces; roughly chop rosemary leaves + discard stems
Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over med-high + sauté onion with a pinch of salt, 2-3 min until starting to soften; add half the spinach + salt/pep 1-2 min until wilted; add remaining spinach + cook 1-2 min more until all spinach is wilted
Stir in rosemary + 1 container of alfredo; heat until warm + slightly thickened (about 3-4 min); divide to plates + enjoy!
