Cook time: 17 minutes
Preheat air fryer to 350°; cut 4 tortillas into 8 even wedges; in batches, spray or brush with oil, sprinkle with salt + air fry in a single layer 5 min, flipping halfway, until crispy + browned
Meanwhile, break up ½ the pork into bite-size pieces, discarding banana leaf (save remaining for lunch tomorrow); heat a skillet over med-high + sear pieces 3-4 min, turning halfway through until meat is crisped + hot
Add all chips to air fryer basket, layer with pork, beans + ½ cup cheese; air fry 4-6 min until cheese is melted
Divide to plates + dollop each with 2 tbsp guacamole—looks good!
