Ingredients
Instructions

Cook time: 7 minutes

Pat fish dry + season with salt/pep/fave spices (we like garlic powder); heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high (get that pan hot, otherwise the fish will stick) + sear 3 min, flip + sear another 1-2 min (for well done cook 3 min on second side)

Meanwhile, tear corner of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful, it'll be hot!)

Chop any large pieces of veggie mix; add to a large bowl, drizzle on 2-4 tbsp sauce + toss to combine

Divide salmon + rice between plates alongside tangy rainbow slaw - looks great!
