Instructions
Cook time: 16 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add half the bag of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min until tender
Heat lightly oiled large skillet over high; cook burgers with salt/pep 3 min on one side; flip over, cook 2 min, then add 1 slice cheese to each burger; cover pan + cook 1-2 more min until cooked through, no pink remains + cheese has melted
Heat a clean skillet over med-high; working in batches, heat 4 cauliflower sandwich thins 30 sec per side or until warm
Assemble burgers + divide between plates with broccoli—enjoy!
