Cook time: 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°
Using 4 tortillas, add 1 slice of cheese + 1/4 of the chicken to each tortilla then add 1 tbsp buffalo sauce to each; roll up burrito style (making sure there are no open edges) then place seam side down on a lightly oiled sheet tray
Bake chimichangas 15-18 min until golden brown + hot (watch for them to puff up!)
Meanwhile wash + thinly slice scallions
Add chimichangas to plates; drizzle ranch over each + sprinkle on scallions-It’s not just dinner — it’s a mic drop on a plate.
