Preheat oven to 400°; heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high; add ½ beef in a single layer + sear 1 min, push steak to the side + repeat the process; sauté 1 min, stirring constantly until hot, season with salt/pep + stir in 1 container of beans

Add ¼ of the filling to 1 tortilla; roll up burrito style (making sure there are no open edges) then place seam-side down on a lightly oiled sheet tray; repeat with 3 more tortillas

Bake chimichangas 15-18 min until browned + hot (watch for them to puff up!)

Divide to plates + serve with fresh salsa on top—tasty!
