Cook time: 11 minutes
Pat fillets dry + season with salt/pep; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high (get that pan hot, otherwise the fish will stick); add to pan skin-side down + sear 5-6 min undisturbed until fish naturally releases from pan; flip fish over + cook 1-2 min til fish is cooked through
Boil a pot with ½ cup water + pinch of salt; place green beans in boiling water, cover + steam until tender, about 3-4 min; drain, season with salt/pep + a drizzle of oil
Tear corner of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); if using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1 tbsp water
Assemble bowls with grains on bottom; top with protein, veggies then finish with ½ container of sauce
