Cook time: 6 minutes
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, pat dry beef, add to pan in one layer + sear 2 min (for well done add 1 min); flip + cook 1 more min, season with salt/pep; stir in ¼ cup BBQ
Fill any shallow bowl with warm water + dip one spring roll wrapper into water until soft but not mushy, no more than 30 sec; move to a work surface + add a handful of salad + beef onto bottom third of wrapper; fold up bottom edge to cover fillings, then fold in each side + roll up, burrito-style; repeat with 3 wrappers
