Tear corner of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); divide between bowls
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; break chicken into bite-size pieces, add to pan + season with salt/pep; sauté 2-3 min until hot; add veggies to chicken + cook 1-2 min until veggies are wilted
Divide chicken + veggies between bowls; drizzle bowls withsauce sauce—nicely done!
