Cook time: 9 minutes
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over high; add burgers to pan; break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over; season generously with salt/pep + fave spices; then break into small pieces; cook 2-3 min until fully cooked + no pink remains; stir in ¼ cup BBQ
Fill any shallow bowl with warm water + dip one spring roll wrapper into water until soft but not mushy; no more than 30 sec; move to a work surface + add a handful of salad + beef onto bottom third of wrapper; fold up bottom edge to cover fillings; then fold in each side + roll up; burrito-style; repeat with 3 wrappers
