Instructions
Cook time: 12 minutes
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, add burger + break up with a spoon; cook with salt/pep + fave spices 4 min until browned, mixing occasionally, then set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook veggie mix with salt/pep 3-5 minutes until tender; set aside
Heat a clean skillet over med-high; working in batches, heat 4 cauliflower sandwich thins 1 min per side until warm, then add to plates
Spread 1 tbsp sauce per cauliflower thin; top with veggie mix + burger crumbles
