Instructions
Cook time: 13 minutes
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, add burgers + break up with wooden spoon; cook with salt/pep for 4 min until browned; set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high, sauté all veggie mix + salt/pep for 3-5 min until wilted, set aside
Heat skillet over med-high + warm rice blend with 1 tbsp water for 2 min, stirring occasionally
Add burger crumbles + veggie mix back to the skillet; stir in 2-4 tbsp sauce until warm, about 1 minute
Divide between plates—mmm, looks tasty
