Cook time: 10 minutes
Ensure avocado is ripe (soft to the touch); if avocado is too firm, ripen faster by placing in a paper bag, 1-2 days; slice avocado
Heat lightly oiled skillet over medium + season burgers with salt/pep; cook burgers 5 min on one side, then flip over + cook 2-3 min more until browned + cooked through; chop burgers into bite-size pieces
In a small bowl, whisk juice from ½ lemon, 2 tsp oil + salt/pep
Wash + dry lettuce leaves, add to a large bowl with burger pieces, avocado + lemon dressing; toss to combine + divide to plates
