Instructions
Cook time: 11 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook brussels with salt/pep for 5-6 min until tender, stirring minimally to ensure browning; set aside
Tear corner of rice blend to vent + heat in microwave for 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!), then add to bowls
Heat dal in skillet or microwave-safe bowl for 2-3 min
Add dal + brussels to bowls + enjoy!
