Cook time: 8 minutes
Finely chop shallot + add to a small bowl; pour pickle juice from package over shallots then finely chop pickle slices + add to bowl; stir to combine + set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over high; add burgers to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep + fave spices, then break into small pieces; cook 2-3 min until fully cooked
Meanwhile, tear corner of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); if using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1 tbsp water
Divide rice, beef + lettuce between bowls; scatter pickle de gallo on top + drizzle on 1-2 tbsp special sauce-Chef era unlocked!
