Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat skillet over med-high + add rice blend with 1 tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm + add to bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high, slice tofu nuggets in half, heat until warm + browned for 1-2 min; add to bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook veggie mix with salt/pep for 3-5 minutes until tender; add to bowls
Mix in or drizzle on 1-2 tbsp sauce per bowl + enjoy!
