Instructions
Cook time: 8 minutes
Boil a large pot of unsalted water + loosen linguine with hands; carefully place in water, stir immediately + boil 2-3 min until al dente; drain + return to pot
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat shrimp dry, then sauté with salt/pep + ½ of seasoning packet, 2-3 min until shrimp is pink, opaque + cooked through; set aside
Heat large skillet over medium + cook butter while stirring until browned, 2-3 min; toss butter with pasta, shrimp, salt/pep + lemon juice
Divide pasta between plates
