Preheat oven to 425° + pat wings dry; toss with 2 tbsp oil + salt/pep then spread on a sheet pan; bake 25-30 min until crispy

Meanwhile, microwave 2 potatoes on high 6-8 min, flipping over halfway through cook time (caution, that's a hot potato!); carefully cut a slit in centers then top each with 1 tsp oil (or butter!) + salt/pep

Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add half the bag of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min until tender

Mix ½ bottle sauce with cooked wings; divide wings + veggies between plates—enjoy!
