Preheat oven to 425° + preheat sheet pan

Tear/chop half the mozzarella into bite size pieces + scatter over 2 crusts; carefully take out sheet pan, place pizzas on pans + bake 7- 10 min until cheese is melty + crust is crisp

Meanwhile, heat a small skillet with 2-4 tbsp oil (or butter) + 2 tsp pepper over low until fragrant; stir in 1/4 cup of parmesan

Drizzle bloomed pepper mixture over pizzas + serve immediately
